Aquolina, spelled without the “c”, is a small neighborhood gastronomia in Milan, just steps from Porta Romana, where food is meant to feel like home. Born from a lifelong passion for cooking, Aquolina opened on October 5th, 2020, during a challenging time, with the goal of sharing genuine love for cuisine through simple, heartfelt dishes.

For this project, Memento Agency created a food photography service focused on telling the story behind each plate. Aquolina’s menu is built around locally sourced, km0 ingredients and a short supply chain, carefully selected by working directly with local farms and producers. Through warm, natural imagery, our food photography highlights authentic flavors, traditional recipes, and that unmistakable feeling of home—where every bite recalls the comfort of your grandmother’s cooking, and a clean plate is the greatest reward.
